David Betz was appointed as Guardian ad Litem to my two children. Mr. Betz walked into my children’s lives at a point where my children had all but thought the court system had failed them. My children had been represented by four other Gardian ad Litem’s in the past. They were left forced to keep fighting for themselves until they were appointed Mr. Betz. Mr. Betz was focused on the children and really listened to them. He made the time for them. Mr. Betz put in the work for them. When he stated he would do everything he could to protect my children, that’s what he did. He is a GAL that is solely concerned with your children’s wants and needs. I would recommend him over any other GAL my children have had in the past. What I saw him do as a GAL puts me in a position to recommend him as an attorney to represent you in any family law matters.

He was kind and patient while I explained the situation I was dealing with, and outlined numerous options and avenues that I had as choices. He didn't sugar coat things and was honest where he thought struggles would appear in the case, and talked through best and worst case scenarios. He also was nice enough to offer additional phone calls if more questions came up while choosing how to move forward with the case.
