David Betz was appointed as Guardian ad Litem to my two children. Mr. Betz walked into my children’s lives at a point where my children had all but thought the court system had failed them. My children had been represented by four other Gardian ad Litem’s in the past. They were left forced to keep fighting for themselves until they were appointed Mr. Betz. Mr. Betz was focused on the children and really listened to them. He made the time for them. Mr. Betz put in the work for them. He was kind and patient while I explained the situation I was dealing with, and outlined numerous options and avenues that I had as choices.
